Governing Laws

The Terms of Use Agreement and your use the website shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Oklahoma without regard to conflicts of law principles.  Any legal action or proceeding related to the website shall be brought exclusively in the federal courts in the Western District of Oklahoma or state courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.


If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions.  The Brooks Law Firm reserves the right to alter or delete material from this website at any time at its sole discretion.
